Hull Color Name

Anyone have any insight on how to determine what Chaparral called their "blue" hull color for a 2005 204 SSi?

Doesnt really matter what color it WAS

At 15yrs old, what color it is NOW is what you need, and nowhere will you find an off the shelf color match, going to be custom.

A good gel guy could probably mix 1 to match for touch ups, but even matched, the new will eventually stand out as different as it and the 15yr old gel surrounding the repair continue to fade at different rates.

you could call them. they are still making boats, they are still answering the phones.

as JB touched on. if you are attempting to match gel, you will need to custom match as gel fades. even if your boat was only 6 months old vs the 16 its at, you wont get a match with a factory resto-pak.

and yes, short of spraying a whole area, any repairs done today will show up like a sore thumb in 6 months due to the different fade rates.
