Maybe one of you more experienced folks could help me out.
Z150TXRB
182 hrs
YDS shows 675-710 psi when it stalls
no codes
50ish psi on VST when stalls
118-120 psi across all cylinders
new plugs
new basket filters on new injectors
TPS is .62 or so
will idle around 500 rpm or so for 15-20 sec. then dies.
If any of the sensors are unplugged, it idles up a bit, but eventually stalls.
Smokes a bit, I thought they didn't smoke much especially idling.

What other info is needed?

Any help is very much appreciated.

I got impatient when no one replied after 2 whole hours and phoned a friend. I still have bases yet to cover. Even if I’m talking to myself.

is the rail pressure in spec?
I have no idea if what you posted is in spec or not

It is. That took a little bit, and I’m still going to replace the medium pressure strainer to rule it out. I still need to verify spark where it’s supposed to and then I guess injector voltage.

I don’t plan on keeping it, but it’s better than a parts motor. I hope.

if the rail pressure is in spec as the motor dies, I do not see a fuel supply as a problem.
but injectors all firing properly would be, along with spark and timing.
just reread the original post and it says it only idles for 15 - 20 seconds.
I believe I have read where those motors do not run on all Cylinders at idle in neutral.
if the ECU thinks it is in neutral as you raise the RPM it will kill more cylinders
I am guessing killing spark and fuel to those cylinders.
make sure the shift switch lets the ECU know when put into gear.

would not hurt to have the injectors tested and cleaned

Not sure but at start up the system may dump extra fuel and hit all cylinders , but then stop

So, she has spark where she’s supposed to and none on 2 and 3, as per normal.

The LP pumps are not leaking/flooding the crankcase.

After a bit more reading, I’m thinking the electrical components are working correctly since the spark is doing what it’s supposed to and the timing moves around on the YDS.

I sent off a set of “old” injectors that came with it to Injectorrx with high hopes.

The injectors finally did it!
