How winterize fully with no running engine

So i took my boat into the shop to diagnose my engine come to find out my coupler went out. I didnt have the money to fix it and had them just leave the stern off. It's now time winterize and im not fully sure how to fog the engine.

dont bother with fogging.

drain all water from motor, change oil = winterized
