Thanks and timely too ! Last fall I replaced all my trailer bearings and the brakes were good too. This spring I have to replace the coupler actuator and all the brake lines. This give me a few pointers !

Friscoboater - what's the weight of your Sea Ray 220? Mine's about 5K dry. I'm asking because I wanted to see how the surges have been working for you in a simailar boat with a 1/2 ton.
I've been going back and forth with mine (surge or electric over hydraulics). Sticking with surge would save me some dough.
Thanks for the video's BTW.

Ollie, Surge brakes are really nice, I have had both but I can't tell you I prefer either one, they are both very nice if you have surge then stick with them there is no reason to convert them and spend more money, the biggest issue is making sure they are working properly and adjusted properly if you have them right there is really little difference between them, so in a nutshell just replace or rebuild the system you have and save your money would be my opinion.
