I recently bought a couple switches off ebay. But i can't seem to find a wiring diagram to show what terminal goes where.. The 1 switch is a carling v1da with 3 terminals. The second style of switch is a carling vjda which has 6 terminals it's a nav/anchor lite switch

Is the origninal 3-terminal switch is a three way switch (on-off-on)? This means that the center position is off, and you can rock the switch to the top and bottom?

If so, the wiring is simple. The center terimal is for the 12v+ input. The top and bottom terminals are the 12v+ output to the lights/devices. The grounding would go straight from the battery or buss bar right to the light/device.

Here is a schematic for the 6-terminal anchor/nav lights:

EDIT: Missed something in the pic. The unlabeled terminal would go to a higher mounted anchor light, such as if you had a radar arch or a t-top.

the 3 terminal ones are off-on. And i made a mistake the other one isn't 6 terminals it's 7 terminals (4 terminals on the left and 3 on the right)

OFF/ON is power in to the single pole and power out from the other 2 poles to the lights/devices.

If the seven pole switch has an internal light one of those pins the ground for the light. You might tell us what you intend to use the switches for.

The 3 terminal switches are just on off switches with a indicator lite. The 7 terminal switch is for my navigation/anchor lite with indicators for both

On the three terminal switch, look for a ground symbol. That terminal must be grounded to make the light work. The other two requires that +12 volt feed be connected to the correct terminal. If it is connected to the LOAD (output) terminal the indicator light will stay on all the time.

The diagram posted for the seven terminal switch is correct but again, you need to make sure the ground on the switch is properly grounded. Do not connect any other accessory grounds to that terminal. It is only for the internal light.

That's correct. I didn't know that the switches were iluminated. The terminal that is "separated" for the others is usually the ground terminal to make the switch light work. Example for your ON/OFF switch would be 12v+ in from battery--out to device/light using the two terminals next to each other. The separate terminal would be ground in for the switch itself.

On the 7 terminal switch, I would venture a guess (if it's not labeled) for the fourth terminal on the bottom left as your ground terminal.
