One end is easy (says the guy who has never done it), it's just a clamp that is easily accessible.

HOWEVER....the other end terminates in the outdrive somewhere.

Any hints on how that other end works?

Any other helpful you may suggest during this "operation"?

Volvo SX bellows have a single 1/8" diameter hole (NOT Holes) as in more than one.
Of course if you purchased an older OMC Cobra bellows that looks like it had the corrugations cut off with a saw, that is not a Volvo bellows.

Re: How-to? Volvo SX exhaust bellow replacement

Well, I gave the people at the service desk the volvo part number of 3850426. It had several (6ish?) small holes (about the size of a pencil lead) around the perimeter of the bellows on the inside of one of the ridges.....possibly on more than one of the ridges. I didn't end up buying the bellows, so I can't confirm.

But....a hole is a hole....if the Volvo SX Bellows has a single 1/8" diameter hole....why do I need to replace it if it gets another hole?
