how to tune carbs

I have a 125 force had to put new lower unit on it and it seems to stall out at frist then go's real good 37mi do not stall out befor i put new plugs in it but stell takes time to get going

Quite a complex task.
You have to adjust carbs, adjust throttle tower shaft, adjust shaft to timing cam.

Step one is to get a Clymer Force repair manual.
Step 2 is to rebuild the carbs.
Step 3 is to lync and sync all the components following the process in the manual.
