I bought Ricohman's 2011 Starcraft Islander 221. He told me he was the original owner. Today, I come across Starcraft website saying the warranty is transferable to the second owner. Has anybody done this? How should I do to transfer the warranty to myself? Thank you in advance.

Typically you do it at a dealer, sometimes there is a fee. On my Malibu it was going to be $300 to transfer the hull warranty and $200 to transfer the engine warranty. In that case I decided that one year wasn't worth $500 - turned out to be a good decision.

Starcraft offers limited life time warranty, tho I don't really know the details.

Right on Starcraft's warranty page it says to contact your local dealer. I don't think it has to be the selling dealer, especially since Ricoh bought it halfway around the globe.
