I have a chance to pick up a supposedly good, used one for cheap money, "working when engine dismantled" rectifier. I can't find my repair manual to see if there's any way to test one with a meter. Does anyone know what readings I might get?? Would it be the usual continuity one way and not the other because of the diode??? Any help will be appreciated. Mine got toasted when my battery cable disconnected while I was running the boat at the end of last season. Thanks.
