Hello :)

Is there a way to resize multiple pictures at a time from a folder ? Using just native stuff on my PC..

I would like to post more pics here but its kinda a pain to do each one with resize/crop thing in Paint.

Im using Windows 7.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Definitely start using photobucket.com for your picture hosting. You can set it to automatically resize pictures as you upload them. It's a huge time saver. Just click the "More Options" link near the Upload Pictures button. 640x480 is the preferred forum size.

I'm not exactly following what you asked for since you wanted to know about programs already on your pc...but there's a free program you can download called irfanview that you can use to do bulk resizing.

If I'm putting on the we for photobucket I'll them do the resizing.

Otherwise I have Adobe Fireworks that has a Batch resizer. Done that with a few hundred photos at a time.

Or install Shrink Pic (free) on your computer.
Re-sizes automatically if you wish.

Ayuh,... I use Picasa to manage all my pictures,... It resizes as I export 'em...
480x640 works Perfectly here at iboats...

This is what I do as well. I also upload my pics straight to Picasaweb with Picasa and link to them when I want to post a pic on forums.

Lots of good suggestions here for batch resizing. I have used Photoshop and Irfanview for this purpose in the past. GIMP probably does it too.
