Hey guys, my throttle is very loose and adding more screws isnt helping it since the interior wall its attached to also moves. Ive removed nuts holding 3/4 of the interior wall, but now i need to remove throttle so i can take it all off and reinforce it better.
Ive taken the rubber button off (button used for choke mode, leaving me the white plastic you see in the photos below). Ive tried prying the lever away from the plate against the interior with screw driver..no luck... and if i push anymore, feels like it willl just snap. is there a trick to this situation?

There is an allen set screw that you move the lever f or r to line up with the cut in the bottom of the ring on the plate. I think it is 3/16 but don't quote me on that. Straight up from the bottom.
