How to remove the u-joint yolk seal SX-A?

I have removed the snap ring, but not sure how to remove the yolk seal.
there aren't many instructions in the Seloc manual that describe removing the seal.

In your picture, remove gear 14, remove the bearing 13 (not the race) and the crush sleeve (3) (you need a new one of those when you put it back together so you can set the rolling torque)
Then with a properly sized tool (socket & extension) on the inner bearing race from the gear side press on the bearing and push the bearing and seal out at the same time.

Throw that Seloc manual in the fire pit and use the OEM service manual.
