how to remove motor

i have a 1991 wellcraft with a 4.3 v6 with a a cracked block . i just got a replacement for it.

what it the steps of removing and installing it any help would be great thanks

1. Remove exhaust from downpipe
2. Remove shifter and throttle linkage
3. remove outdrive
4. remove electrical plug on engine
5. remove battery cables from starter and block
6. remove engine mounts
6a. remove fuel line
6b. remove water intake hose
7. get a crane and remove engine

That's about it I think...

Basically anything the connects the engine to the boat. Outdrive, cables, fuel, exhaust, water and electrical.

You need to give a little more information on the drive - not the boat. Mercruiser? Volvo? OMC? What model, etc.
