I had no problem getting the coffee maker out of my newly purchased 2001 Regal 2960 (my wife and I don't drink coffee). The microwave seems to work about 25% of the time (the other 75% of the time, the control panel changes to all 8's after you press a few buttons).
I'm thinking about replacing it...but I can't figure out how to get it out. Any ideas on how they get these in there? Do they build them in such that you have to take apart the whole cabinetry frame to get it out?
