How to remove a prop?

Hello everybody. I am new to the boating so this question may have already been answered here but where can I find instructions (or a picture) on how to remove a prop.

I have a Volvo Penta SX / Cobra Drive (Single Propellers).

Do I need to use some kinda greese when I am putting the new one on?
