How to Redo fuel lines

Can anyone tell me how to go about redoing fuel lines on my Ranger 175 VS. They look like they are kid of dry rotting and cracking. Plus the bulb needs redone looks like. How do I get under the deck to follow the lines to the tank? Thanks everyone for the help.

How about tying some strong nylon string on one end, pull the old gas line out, then use the string to pull the new back in
