does anyone have a manual they could look up real quick for me? I want to set my idle and adjust my fuel mixture on my 1994 force 120hp. Can someone please read me the procedure and tell me how to do it? Thanks

Roughly, to adjust:

Run the needle in until barely touching seat, then back out 1 1/4 turns

Repeat for all carbs

Start and warm up engine. Then fine tune by turning needle in until highest idle is achieved, then back out 1/4 turn.

Repeat for all carbs

Straight out of a force manual:

Starting mixture screw is 1 full turn out from lightly seated.

1 With boat tied securely to dock, start motor and run until fully warmed up.

2 Set controls to high-idle neutral position.

3 Turn idle mixture screws slowly open, counterclockwise, until motor loses power and begins to roll due to an over-rich mixture. Note this position

4 Slowly turn screws closed, clockwise, until motor runs smoothly and begins to pick up speed. Continue turning clockwise until motor pops or stalls due to lean mixture. Note this position

5 Set screws halfway between the two positions

I then go 1/8 turn richer just to be safe, rather be rich than lean

I can never remember...is it make adjustments one carb at a time or make adjustments to all the carbs at the same time. 1/8 turn to each carb to find the right setting or one carb at a time til stumbles and/or coughs?
