Re: how to post pics

Posting pictures-

First you need to find a "host" (I use www.Photobucket.com and it's free) and set up an account.

Select the photos you want and upload them to photobucket (or whatever host you have signed up for).... be sure that they are not too big. I would resixe the photos down to 480x640 or they will fill your screen when posted. [if you need to re-size from a "super" mega-pixel camera there are free programs on the web for that too! I use Picasa]

Once they are in your host they will be assigned a URL (photobucket does a URL, a TAG, and an IMAGE..... use the URL)and you need to "copy" the URL.

In i-boats you need to go to the Full Reply Form and hit the IMAGE button. This will open up a pop-up window and this is where you "PASTE" the copied URL (from your host).

That will isert a photo into your text.

I kow it all sounds complicated but it is easy and you get used to it!

My latest project. 1963 Starcraft 14', 1967 Evinrude 18 atop of a 1996 Venture trailer. All suffering from years of neglect and no maintenance!
