how to hook up battery charger to motor???

Can anyone tell me how I can hook a three bank 30 amp battery charger to my motor?? 79 merc 90hp.

You don't hook it to your engine, Hawk.<br /><br />You hook it to your batteries, following manufacturer's instructions.<br /><br />Good luck.

yea, i know you hook charger to battery's, i bought boat used and have no manuals for motor, and charger bought from bass pro, no instructions, I have heard of boaters doing it with onboards, just didn't know if I could do with old boat and motor, stupid of me when I saw onboard battery charger. thanks
