How to fix a ski pole on bayliner 2.3 capri

Does someone knows how/where to fix a ski pole on a bayliner 2.3 capri '88. <br />Is the place of the rope holder (to moore the boat) strong enough to change it for a ski eye.<br /><br />Peter<br />Holland

Your ski rope holder is usually straight above the outdrive...a round circle with a straight piece coming up and bent inwards.

Thanks but I know where to fix but the problem is how to fix a ski pole, and is the place of the mooring rope on the back of the boat strong enough to change it for a ski eye

any place on a bayliner needs to be beefed up, particularly if you are towing someone.......the factory does not do it..........
