how to find out about a boat

Hi All
Not sure im in the right place, i'm trying to find out who owns a boat moored in Holland but registered in Austrailia i have the name and number of the boat, can anyone help kind regards vince.

All I can suggest is you contact the appropriate agency in Australia. Possible the local agency that governs mooring in that part of Holland can be of help.

Why? Do you want to attempt to buy it? Or just curious?

If you want to try to buy it and it's moored. there must be docking fees involved. Ask other boat owners moored there who provides the dock space and go from there. Once you find out, give the dock owner your contact information and ask if they would pass that on to the boat owner because you are looking at buying the boat Then the owner will contact you if he is willing to sell or throw your contact information away if he isn't selling.
