How to drop gear housing on 1979 20hp

I just picked up a Jon Boat with a 1979 20hp which needs a new impeller. I have the parts, but everything I read says there are two bolts but I can only find one just above the propeller. I have loosened it and it still seems to be attached via something else. Like I said there are absolutely no other bolts???

Please advise?

I just found what it was.... there is bolt on the top near the gear shift piece...
