How to date an old Evinrude 3 hp?

Well I went and bought an old boat this weekend. It is a 60's era Swiss six 16 foot runabout. Mounted on the back is an Evinrude Ski Twin 33hp outboard. The plate says Model 33753C serial Number E02738. How do I figure out what year this motor is? And am I correct in that I should be using a 50:1 fuel mix? Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first boat that I can't put on top of my car Thanks in advance!

That's a 1967 33hp 'Rude you have there, Todd.

50:1 with TC-W3 outboard oil and 87 octane unleaded gas is the correct mix.
