I have a stock 6 gal tank on my silverline. When I bought it the owner told me there was old gas in the tank. I looked and do see some gas in there I have no idea how old it is but i'm def afraid to add new gas and run it. I was wondering If I just get a pump and get the old gas out would I be ok to just add new fuel to the tank? Is there any kind of cleaner I need to run through it? Any kind of info would be greatly apreciated thanks!

Not worth the risk to use old gas. Siphon it out onto some rags and burn it. Not sure if this is a portable tank but on the OMC tanks, one of the connector mount screws is labeled as "drain". Clean and flush with more gas. On a metal tank, I run a magnetic telecoping tool in all the corners and pull out the rust bits.
