how to check timing 60 einrude

i have a little rattle in my motor keep double oil in gas /vro 2 compression is 130# each cylinder need to check timing how? or could i ck something else ,maybe take off to head check cylinder,got a over heat alarm let cool for 10 min started get a rattle

sounds like maybe some piston noise. use the procedure in the service manual. but if it was correct before your overheat its correct now. I would suspect you have scuffed a piston.<br /> good luck and keep posting

Double oil is bad enough, with the VRO you could be leaning it out.
