How to bolt these new fenders properly to my trailer??

Well, I my new fenders are here. Its these ones.

Can anyone show me how you have yours bolted to the trailer? Just a pix should be enough. I just need to see.

Also, more importantly, is there any important things I should know in order to have them properly and safely positioned?

Clearance from the top of the tire? and stuff like that.

Looks like you could use a piece of 1" angle iron and extend that to the trailer and attach it to the trailer with large U-bolts. If you use that, I would cut the edges of the angle iron off at a 45 degree angle or grind it so there isn't a sharp point.
