How to attach the winch mount?

How does one attach this:<br />

<br /><br />I am sure I am missing something simple here, but if I just put one bolt through that bottom hole, it seems as if the mount would just swing down.

Best guess is that the post is angled towards the boat. Bar "a" is bolted to the post. Hole "c" is where a bow roller is mounted.

ok...my guess...<br /><br />sec d lay flat on top of upright (yes..winch will be angled towards boat)hmm...would have to see how it fits... then drill hole through upright and bolt thru b?<br /><br />or <br />Some configuration of u-bolts holding it parrallel to upright?<br /><br />What company makes it?<br /><br />-JustMrWill
