How to adjust trim limit ,,,,

I was curious how to know that the trim limit is set right? I understand how to adjust the limit by "turning" the limit switch on the drive. How do you know it is set to right upper limit? This would be for a alpha 1 gen 2 drive.<br /><br />Thanks,<br /><br />Jeff

On either side of the upper gear case there are side supports that support the unit in a turn, you need them to overlap ( fit inside of) the the two supports on the gimbal ring 1 inch

Trim limit on the Gen II drive is set at 20 3/4 inches from bolt hole to bolt hole on the trim cylinders.
