I have a 1999 Sailfish 198DC with a 115 Yamaha. I have no idea what model controller I have but it's a simple single handle with tilt/trim button. The only thing that is actually exposed is the handle. I need to adjust the friction. There is one screw with access, but if that's it, it is locked up tight. The throttle backs down while cruising.
