How to access the bulb in the cabin Light

How does one access or open the light fixture to change the bulb in this style of light ? See attach photo

Looks like it unscrews? Those four grippy thingies look like handles for turning? Maybe? :noidea:

Push up on the center to see if it feels springy. If it does, push up and twist CCW.
