If you can access from one ISP but not another, then the problem is with the ISP, not iBoats.

I have just been through this problem, about a week ago. My ISP, iiNet, changed some settings, and my friends on different ISPs could access, but anyone on iiNet couldn't. I got on to iiNet and told the to fix it, NOW! They managed it, by changing my ADSL Modem setting, MTU size, from MAX to 1400.... Try that...
