1955 Evinrude Outboard Motor - 15 hp 2 cyl in excellent condition. My dad passed and I am not a boater. I have a person intersted but I don't know what to charge them. Can you help?:confused:

$200-300 max. $500 show room condition - ballpark.

these things can vary greatly based on location and time of year but I would tend to agree with the above post. $200-300 is fair if it's really in good shape and has been kept up. I see people asking more like $500 for something like that around here but asking and getting are 2 different things.

$200-300 if it's in good running condition. If a seller can't demonstrate it running, I wouldn't pay more than $100 for it.

ALL tuned/maintained and extra clean cosmetically, I'd sell for $450 + $50 for working pressure tank. Normal condition all tuned, $350 plus tank. Test for customer in tank, and give warranty regarding clutch/gears if you haven't actually tested on a boat.

Just excellent condition untested? If it spins over w/compression, no water in lower unit, you may get $200 with a complete pressure tank/hose, to the right person, probably $150.
