HOW MUCH HORSEPOWER DO I HAVE?

How many horses does this motor have? I am trying to pick out a prop that I can get the most all around out of. I'm thinking 19 pitch??17 maybe??! Help would be appreciated. This will be a boat that is mostly use to pull skis and tubes.

The decal on engine read 120 HP when new. The second question will be how do you make it shift gears.
