how much grease to squirt in 97 mercruiser alpha io

I have a 97 merc alpha 1 5.7L carb, there are 3 zerk grease fittings on the lower unit and one inside the transom that appears to go to the drive.

Question, how much grease should I pump into the serk fittings?
