How much does a 1988 evinrude 120 weigh?

I am doing an engine swap from a 1978 merc 1400 (L6) to a 1988 evinrude 120 (V4). Does anyone know how much either of these weigh?

I don't want too much more stern weight and the evinrude looks a good bit bigger. They both fit a 21" transom.

I have found it very difficult to find this measurement.

Page 4 of the Owner's Manual, Specifications sheet in the service manual, Page 1-8.

120TL 365 lbs
120TX 370 lbs

The Merc. is 290-300#

Thanks! I don't have the manual for either engine..just the seloc for the merc. This info was hard to find on the web. Thanks a ton. Looks like there shouldn't be a problem with the swap.
