They could be rounding up. Maybe they are 6' 11-5/8"?

probably some typo. As European used metric system to measure eg.. meter, centimeter etc... I know 5'12" should be written as 6'0". if it is not typo then sent the guy who kept up with the webpage back to elementary school.
