First THANKS, Spinner and Ryan N. from iboats.
Sorry to have been such a lug head.

When the software was changed it was showing my first and last name. Which reallly bothered me for some reason.

I read where you could request a name change so I did.
Didnt hear anything back.

Then I read where Spinner was telling someone a different way of doing that. So I tried it with no results.

Then iboats went down to work on things and when they came back I couldnt get back on!

DUH the user name had taken place and I just did not know it!
:/ :/ :/

Hey link, at least it worked for you. I am still locked in "change name" limbo. I too tried to change my name before the great realignment, but nada happened and this is what I get when I go to try again.

"This username change request has already been approved/denied, probably by another admin"

Maybe SBN has a direct line to the little men who are holding Boomyal hostage.;)

BTW, my user profile still shows Boomyal as my "Publicly displayed name"

When I first shipped with iboats I tried to register as Boomyal, but it told me that that name had already been used (if you can believe that). So I had to use my cyberspace alter ego, Lockan, then pick Boomyal as my username once I got signed on.

Hey, and kudos to the iboat IT men. They turned off that dratted "post edited" notification. Maybe there is hope afterall.<:)
Hey Boomyal, I will see what I can do.8)
