How heavy is Alpha 1 outdrive assembly?

I was looking thru my Seloc manual and nowhere did it mention in the "removal section" about the weight you would be working with during the removal of the outdrive? I was considering building a cart for installation and removal. It would make life much easier. Plus I can leave the outdrive hang from the cart for any
future repairs that will be needed . Anyone know the approx. weight ?
Mine is a 1988 mercruiser alpha 1 with power trim.

Thanks for the input in advance

Around 70-100lbs. I have about a month before I pull mine for the winter. I can carry it around, but the cart you are contemplating is worth it. ;)

Actually the cart is for electronic equipment to set on . I saved it from
being tossed overboard. It is made from heavy gage 1 1/4" square tubing
It's about 60" tall and a good 30" wide with 4 heavy duty locking castors on it.
And is powder coated. The top shelf is large enough to set your tool box on
and then wheel the cart right next to the boat on the trailer. Just reach out
and grab what you need . When you need to use it to pull the outdrive I
will be able to remove the top shelf and attach a come-along to it and
wheel it right under the outdrive , attach the support cable, pull the unit
and wheel it away.... will make installation much easier to .
When it is finished I'll share the pictures with you guys. You could make your own .
