How hard is a timing belt job on F100tlrz?

It's time for a new timing belt on my F100tlrz and I was wondering on a scale of 1-10 bananas how much trouble it was or if any one has some previous experiences? I have a factory manual, tools and enjoy working on all my own engines. The only thing I need to make is the flywheel holder.

u need a holder and puller, leather belt will work if u are in a bind. look into the rubber strap wrenches
replace the flywheel nut also
might as well adjust the valves also

Is this motor an interferance engine?
Thnx for the heads up on the nut and doing a valve adjustment.
