I work at a Marina, and a couple of weekends ago, this jack*** puts the trailer in the water, and starts to drive his boat onto the trailer, and proceeds to yell, curse & swear at his wife.. I roll up just in time for Mr. Mouth piece, to call her a C***, to which I walked down, latched his safety chain, and winch line onto his boat, told him to get his POS of my ramp, and to never come back..

He starts to beak off to me, and I said to him "I'm security for the marina. You lost your rights to do anything, other than get off of my property. YOU CHOSE to swear in front of small children, You chose to use rude & derogatory language to your wife. (She interupted me, by giving him a very solid punch to the face, and said to not bother going home, as by the time you get there the locks will be changed, and I'm already talking to my lawyer).

mmmm I just love Summer time Divorces..

Wow. That's something that really infuriates me. I was launching with my girls around sunset one Friday evening last May at a local launch on the Arkansas river when I encountered a similar situation. There was an old guy behind the wheel who was yelling and cursing relentlessy at his girlfriend, wife or whatever because she couldn't get their little bowrider onto the trailer. We were on the ramp backing into the water, but I just couldn't stand it any more. I rolled up the windows and told the admiral and vice-admiral to sit tight. I went over to the truck and asked the guy to calm down and offered to help. He said "I appreciate it. That stupid girl can't do nothin' right.". I just shook my head and walked back to the boat, which was floating freely over the trailer because he had backed in so far the the front of the bunks were over a foot deep.:facepalm: It was a dangerous situation as wakes were coming in and she could barely maintain her balance between the boat and trailer. I asked the lady if she'd like me to take over and I thought she was going to hug me. I suggested she stand beside me out of the way and watch so she'd know what to do next time he backed in too far. I grabbed the bow rope and told him to pull up slowly, and of course the boat eventually settled right on and I winched it up the rest of the way. I went up to the window and told him what the problem had been so he'd know next time (I'm probably too optimistic). He talked to me the way he should have talked to her. "Thankee. I usually do it myself, but I got this hand surgery". "MmmHmm", I replied and walked back to the ramp shaking my head. The last thing I heard was her giggling.

The ones I feel really sorry for are the wife's who are getting docking instruction from hubby's, our slips are tight to get into and the inexperienced have a lot of problems, it gets ruff a lot of times.

Your right she didn't cuss at him, Dosen't change my opinion. We have all seen or known couples like this, they both treat each other like sheet, hence they deserve each other. I bet ya $20.00 they are still together too.
