In the upper right corner, click your USERNAME to get the drop down menu and click on "My Profile" When your profile page comes up, your avatar will be on the left side. Hover your cursor over the avatar, and a blue flag should come up that says "Edit Avatar" ... click on that flag, and it'll will bring up the dialogue to upload your new avatar.
