How do ya know what pitch my prop is? nheed a new one.

I found the props i need on this site for my 73 evinrude triumph 65 hp, but how do I know what the pitch is on my existing prop? can i measure something. it seems all the new ones are all in inches.

should be # stamped inside the hub.

You can measure the diameter but it takes a pitch block to measure pitch. The easy way is to look at the prop hub or the barrel of the prop for the manufacturers part number, code, or the actual diameter and pitch (which appears for example as: 13-1/4 x 21P or 13-1/4 inches in diameter and 21 inches of pitch).
