How do I upload an icon photo?

I was trying to post an icon photo. I went into my profile and clicked on the area for the icon, but noting happens. What am I not doing right? Thanks.

Do you mean an avatar picture? You need a VERY small picture and it is best that they be hosted at a reliable site such as photobucket.

If you continue to have problems I will put our IT person in touch in this thread.

Yes I meant the avatar picture. I clicked on the area it should go when I was in my profile, but it would not prompt me to upload a picture.

Click on SETTINGS

Then on the left side of the page under My Settings

Then click edit avatar

Use the Custom Avatar Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 25.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

I have hosted mine at the photobucket site for over 10 years.
