How do i quote??

So now i have to press respond to threat to quote. This thread is moving backwards. (lets all go out and buy beepers) when i click latest activity the quote marks from threads go away????? do i have to scroll through a million pages to reply to a quote????

All I did was click "Quote at the bottom of your post. Delete what I felt like deleting. Wrote my something and clicked Post Reply (highlited in blue) Easy big fella

... and I used the multi-quote function that works by hitting <QUOTE> on each post I want to quote, and then tapping the button that appears in the upper left of the screen. After someone explained how to do it, turns out it's actually little easier than in the past.

if this page had 20 other pages you would need to scroll to page 20 to do it. If you clicked "latest activity the quote button goes away

Let me get this straight....you actually started a poll to express your displeasure at how this upgrade is going....

Whatever the issues are with this event, if any of the folks involved with trying to fix it were to display your kind of attention to detail, we'll all be at this for a long time.

The Mods and Admins are busting their butts, we all need to take a few deep breaths and relax....unless we think we can do better.

Latest activity is a stream view - I'm not 100% sure how that works - but when you're in a TOPIC viewing the posts, literally just click on <QUOTE> at the bottom of each post you want to quote. If you click more than one, the box in the upper left of your screen will keep track. Click it when you're done, then go down to the dialogue and type away.

Seriously, it is actually easier than the old mulit-quote.

@South, thanks for your help. @Admin, as soon as i go into the thread it shows old threads first, when i click latest activity to read latest threads it removes the quote marks from peoples comments. Is there a fix for this?
