How do I properly wire dual battery charger to starting battery?

My boat details are below. The guy I bought this boat from in 12/08 originally had it set up with a trolling motor (which he kept). In addition to the starting battery he had two extra batteries that he used to power the trolling motor. Additionally he had the marina install a Cabela's dual marine battery charger that was wired to the two trolling motor batteries. I have removed the two trolling motor batteries and intend to sell them. But now I need to know how I connect the battery charger to the starting battery.

There are two main black wires coming out of the battery charger. Both black wires end with a yellow and a red wire coming out of them (so I have two yellows and two reds). What do I connect to the Neg/Pos terminals of the starting battery?

use 1 red to positive 1 blk yellow to neg tape up the other 2 ends separately and your done

Put a little grease on the ends as you tape up the second line (red separate from Yellow).

Chargers always go positive to positive, and negative to negative.

Also note, in most of the diagrams you will see on these forums Red and black wires. There is a change happening to replace black as negative with yellow. So if you see/hear black, you can just reference your yellow.

Your boat may or may have yellow or black as a ground.
