How do I install trim indicator guage???

Alpha One. Getting frustrated not knowing how far my outdrive is trimmed up or down. Just had to look back on my old outboards. How difficult is it to install a trim indicator guage? Does the sender install on the pump somewhere, or thru the transom on the outdrive? Thanks

I don't know if this will help, but on an outboard, the sender installs on a pivot point for the motor. I would assume it would be the same on the sterndrive. otherwise, you should wire to the front, ground, hot and sending unit wire and you set. Good Luck
