How do I add an Avatar

Been a member for several years - realised this was the only forum I don't have an Avatar.
I have just spent an Hour trying to find where to add an Avatar with no luck.
I find the tick box to display my avatar and I can edit my sig file ... but can't find where option is to edit avatar,
Seen post that say go to settings and its on the right .... not in my view.
In other forums edit Avatar is right alongside edit signature -

Click on your login name (upper right corner of your browser), and then click MY PROFILE. When that screen comes up, your avatar (as it currently is) will be on the left side of the window with your screen name. Hover your cursor over the avatar and you should see a button come up that says EDIT AVATAR.

That one's definitely a little hidden
