[How Difficult] to Swap Exahust Housing and Gear box 1989 Johnson 175

Hey Guys,

I have an opportunity to get a great Deal on a 1989 Johnson 175. It's a 25" shaft and
it needs to be a 20". I have access to parts the housing and a short shaft gear box.

My question is, How long Could i expect to do a job like this, I know my way around
the evinrude/johnsons, but just enough to get in trouble.

I have no idea if this is a 2 hour Job...or a 20 hour Job...

If anyone could shed a little light for me I would appreciate it. If its a reasonable
job... I am going to go pick up the motor 2morrow.
