How difficult to change impellar on Alpha 1?

Greetings,<br /><br />I have a alpha one I/O and I need to change the impellar. How difficult is it? I'm very mechanically inclined with cars. But I'm kinda new to the boat thing. I just want to know if this is something that I can tackle or Should I pay my boat dealer 200 bucks for a 25 dollar impellar. <br /><br />PS I have an awsome set of tools<br /><br />Dan

Nope... I do mine about every three years.

Bravo III does not have a impeller in the drive. Dont know which engine you have but you will have a raw water pump much like this one. And yes they are easy to install a new impeller in.<br /><br />
