How come so cheap

Been finding dealers in Indonesia that are way cheaper than anyone for outboards even after freight. Scams? Here is an example.

Sounds too good to be true!....maybe you send them your money and they never send you the motor?.....what you gonna do then??......

that's really cheap, I paid over 2000.00 for mine. it is scary

Yeah I was surprised how many places I found cheap motors. Seems all were in Indonesia. Wonder how they can continue with a scam?
